KI offers a complete project management service for all your technical requirements. We are also pleased to provide selected elements of your event working alongside other contractors.

Having made the initial contact we will arrange a site visit meeting for you to discuss your event details with one of our project managers who will be your future point of contact from the preparation phase to the point after the event when the installations is removed.

Once your requirements are known we will provide a detailed quote for your consideration.

As part of our project management we can liaise with the performers so that their requirements are catered for thereby releasing you to concentrate on other elements of the event.

If this is to be your first event it is often not fully appreciated just how long the period of time can be between the original thought for an event to the date when the public arrive to enjoy the show. We often use a phrase ‘Failing to plan is planning to fail’. We firmly believe that it is never too early to contact us to begin the planning stage.
